Please join me online via Zoom followed by an interview. You will also be able to speak with me live or send messages through the chat box. The 45-minute event will end with a rousing toast as we lift up glasses of my special drink, Endorphins on Ice (recipe below).
Please share this invitation with everyone.
Endorphins on Ice:
- 6 oz large ice cubes in a tall glass (at least 16 oz)
- Add 6oz chilled strawberry or other red soda (eg Red Bull)
- Gently stir in 1 oz Amaretto or Frangelico liqueur or a few drops of almond extract
- Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (Do not stir)
- Keep very cold
