TEDx talk "I Am"

Please join me online via Zoom followed by an interview. You will also be able to speak with me live or send messages through the chat box. The 45-minute event will end with a rousing toast as we lift up glasses of my special drink, Endorphins on Ice (recipe below).

Please share this invitation with everyone.

Endorphins on Ice:

  • 6 oz large ice cubes in a tall glass (at least 16 oz)
  • Add 6oz chilled strawberry or other red soda (eg Red Bull)
  • Gently stir in 1 oz Amaretto or Frangelico liqueur or a few drops of almond extract
  • Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (Do not stir)
  • Keep very cold
